Davide Scotti is an author and speaker in the field of Leadership in Health and Safety and holds the position of Corporate Head of HSE Culture, Communication and Training at Saipem. Expert in cultural change and communication, he loves to create experiences, workshops and events that inspire people to live and work
in a safer way. Davide graduated in Management Studies in 2001 from the University of Aberdeen and lived for 8 years in the U.K. before joining Saipem in 2005 and devoting himself to developing and implementing Saipem’s
Leadership in Health & Safety (LiHS) program. Since 2010 Davide has held the position of General Secretary of the LHS Foundation, a no-profit organization with the mission to raise the HSE Culture of both Industry
and Society.
